I've tried to find the perfect recipe, tried so many combinations, but this is the closest I have been able to get to the one I remember from home. Ingredients

  • 01.

    Run the liver, fat, onion through the grinder a couple of times on coarse, then another two times on fine.

  • 02.

    Add everything to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.

  • 03.

    Poor into oven safe dish and bake at 175 CELSIUS for 45 minutes.
